Does anybody see

Stop.
make: stopped in /usr/pkgsrc/www/hugo

(after removing all .mod files in the distfiles directory, fully
updated pkgsrc -current, reinstalled pkgtools/digest).

Mind you, cloning the git repo and just building it works fine (this
is on 9.99.94 amd64, go1.17.8).
