Conflicting PLIST with gtk3+-3.24.30nb1

In a few weeks old pkgsrc on amd64 I am getting this:

===> Installing binary package of gtk3+-3.24.30nb1
pkg_add: Conflicting PLIST with gtk3+-3.24.30nb1: share/gir-1.0/GdkX11-3.0.gir

The file share/gir-1.0/GdkX11-3.0.gir is not present in /usr/pkg.

Any hints for this? Or shall I be updating pkgsrc (which may make me
rebuild many things, so hesitating).
