felinks seems renamed to elinks on github

pkgsrc maintains the link to www/felinks as
https://github.com/rkd77/felinks, but it now redirects to
https://github.com/rkd77/elinks

We may a> change the link in www/felinks b> retire elinks which is no more
maintained c> wonder whether to rename felinks to elinks the way they did
on github
