Perpetual loop

Hi,

I installed the latest pkgsrc on FreeBSD 13. I was not able to installany packages. It keeps giving the the error perpetual loop. It wants toinstall libtools, but needs gcc3, but needs libtools to install gcc3. Isthere a work around for this?
