graphics/jasper build failure

Hi,

The package was recently updated to version 2.0.18; the build process
cannot find a source file for the release. I tried to locate one, the
most recent I was able to locate was 2.0.17, updated a few hours
prior. It built OK for me after I modified the distfile and the
Makefile and ran 'make distinfo'.
