This list (and I believe all NetBSD lists) is configured to reply to
the OP and cc: the list. So, technically, all replies are off-list and
the list is always carbon copied. If you really don't want off list
replies, adjust your "Reply-to" header if your mail client allows it,
or just don't use email at all. It would also be nice to bottom-post
instead of top-posting.
