luma removal

I intend to remove luma as:

 - it depends on obsolete packages (qt4, py2)
 - upstream seems to be long dead, last news from 2008
   http://luma.sourceforge.net/
 - there is probably no longer any community around it for years
   (#luma on FreeNode is empty)
