Hi all,

As per subject, we're now frozen.  Please use this opportunity to test
pkgsrc bootstraps on your favourite esoteric OS or architecture, view
the pkgsrc-bulk mailing list and fix some low-hanging fruit, and help
us make this a great release.

If everything goes well I will be cutting the release some time over
the weekend.
