Sure, MASTER_SITE_BACKUP seems to have it, e.g.:

 <http://cdn.NetBSD.org/pub/pkgsrc/distfiles/audiofile-0.3.6.tar.gz>

(the `fetch' phase usually automatically fallback to it when upstream
distfile is no longer available or has a different checksums)
