Yes, if you look at pkgsrc-bulk@ you'll see all of them are building
python36 fine, and your change would break them all, so please don't
do that.

If your platform can't build _dbm.so then it needs to be handled
either with a OPSYS-specific PLIST file or a PLIST_VARS addition.
