pkgsrc-wip down?

I am getting the following on "git pull":

ssh_exchange_identification: read: Connection reset by peer

The remote URL is set according to the docs:

$ git remote -v
origin  bsiegert%wip.pkgsrc.org@localhost:/pkgsrc-wip.git (fetch)
origin  bsiegert%wip.pkgsrc.org@localhost:/pkgsrc-wip.git (push)

Is there an issue with the git server?
