py-cairo now failing

With the latest update, I'm now getting

I deleted my previous install of py27-cairo (and a couple of dependent packages) and then did a 'cvs update' and a 'make; make install; make
package'

Did the py-cairo.pc file get placed in the wrong directory? Is there
something I did (or didn't do) to cause this?
