Found it.  List of MACHINE_PLATFORM for excluding "fiber" needs to be
augmented to cover NetBSD-[0-9]*-*.

Or patch against changes in Makefile r1.55 to unconditionally disable
"fiber".


No clue about python36-3.6.0nb3 yet.
