CMAKE_ARGS is in OPSYSVARS so there's no need to include bsd.prefs.mk
and do the OPSYS check, you can simply use the single line:

  CMAKE_ARGS.Darwin+=	-DCMAKE_LIBTOOL=/usr/bin/libtool
