So how about we just flip xaw to libXaw3d entirely, fix any packages that reference Xaw3d directly to use xaw.buildlink3.mk (maybe setting type to 3d), and then pick up the pieces? If that goes ok, we can rm the old one. If not, we can point a few packages at it.
