atomic_init problem?

I think I saw a commit for something related to atomic_init earlier 
today, but I can't find it right now.

My host is NetBSD 7.99.21 (sources from 2015-08-23 at 23:01:08 UTC), and 
pkgsrc is updated today 2015-09-09 at 11:00:29 UTC.

I'm trying to reinstall databases/db4 and I'm getting the following 
error:
