disabled mod_proxy_html in www/apache24?

Hello,

the Makefile for www/apache24 explicitly disables building
mod_proxy_html, while in www/apache22 it is not disabled (at least not
explicitly).

The cvs log for Makefile just states that it was disabled:

    revision 1.5
    date: 2012-04-18 13:27:01 +0200;  author: ryoon;  state: Exp;  lines: +3 -3;
    Update to 2.4.2

    * Disable mod_proxy_html explicitly.

Is there a reason why it was disabled? Is it not working properly?
