bbpager does not parse horizontal/vertical correctly

Hi,

I like the old blackbox 0.65, bbkeys 0.8.6 and bbpager 0.3.1 that 
correlates.  Those versions are the default in pkgsrc (wm/blackbox, 
wm/bbkeys and wm/bbpager).  The newer versions have separated versioned 
folders.

However there is a bug in that version bbpager that has been fixed by 
the debian people : https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=233794

It should be able to understand the configuration rules in 
bbtools/bbpager.bb:
	bbpager.rows:                  1
while it is only acting by default always assuming
	bbpager.columns:               1

Could you please integrate that patch so I will be able to use older 
blackbox and bbpager horizontally in the slit?
