Those are with doxygen-1.8.8.
PLIST in repository was generated by doxygen-1.8.7.

I was looking diffs 1.8.7 to 1.8.8 of doxygen, but it too
difficult the reason.

But if we looked at the files listed above, they are almost
empty.  I will update the PLIST with doxygen-1.8.8
version. And should I add some rule to doxeygen version ?
