Freebsd's pkg would be interesting to have as an alternative to pkgin
lacking a few features; but shouldn't freebsd packages generated from
pkgsrc rather than adding NetBSD pkg_* package support in upstream
freebsd pkg ?

pkgtools/genpkgng, can generate freebsd pkg packages from the current
pkgsrc ones.
