We have an open pull request to implement pg_trgm:

It doesn't seem to fit any of the existing sub-packages, and I'm
loathed to create an entire package just for one contrib.

Why can't we just have a single postgresql*-contrib package which
includes all of these things?  It's what Debian etc. do, and our
approach just seems to confuse users (based on anecdotal evidence).
