xine-lib: should use ffmpeg2

Hello,

Since this is the address given as the maintainer, for at least the
2014Q2 branch, multimedia/xine-lib is given with a dependency to ffmpeg.
But x264 support is only in ffmpeg2.

Simply, in buildlink3.mk, changing the include from ffmepg to ffmepg2 is
sufficient to have a working xine with acv1 MPEG-4.
