I need to convert a pdf file to pdf with OCR

I have a large (60MB) pdf file, a scan of a 700+ page book.
Unfortunately the scan wasn't done with OCR, so while the document is
perfectly readable, it's not searchable.

I wonder if there's any application in pkgsrc that can convert this
file into another pdf file, but with OCR.
