Next "pkg_comp makeroot" to set it up. After that, you can build stuff witn "pkg_comp build", or as I do, use "pkg_comp chroot" and use pkg_chk to rebuild packages. You can keep the userland in the chroot at 6.0 as you update your live system to 6.x.
