Plan Revised (Re: (cross/nios2) {,-binutils,-gcc}

Hi, I have revised the plan on then naming of the packages for
cross/nios2 (ALTERA FPGA processor).

Step 1.

+ nios2  /Makefile.common                               nios2_gnu_gcc4_13.0
+ nios2-binutils220     2.20    -> nios2/Makefile.common
+ nios2-gcc41           4.1.2   -> nios2/Makefile.common
                                -> nios2-binutils220
    * (cross) to be renamed from existing
    + now in (wip) and to be imported (with renaming)
      .. remove existing nios2-{binutils,gcc} ..
  
Step 2. in wip

  nios2-binutils        2.23                            2013.05-43
  nios2-gcc             4.7.3   -> nios2-binutils       2013.05-43

Step 3. 
-----
  Import Step 2. stuff from wip to cross without renaming.

Reference in above means among nios2-stuff,
not including buildink nor DEPENDS etc.
