No. Makefile wasn't changed.


It is not relevant to this issue.

It's rare, but I have seen such cases before when upstream changes some
dist file without revising the revision number. (Do not recollect the last
instance of this.)


Not rare issue for this package, because no version information in upstream
distfile name, so always happen with upstream new release.
