Delete some p5- packages

Hi all,

there're some p5-* distributions which I want to remove from pkgsrc for
several reasons:

* databases/p5-Catalyst-Model-RDBO - moved to CatalystX-CRUD-Model-RDBO
* databases/p5-DBIx-Schema - seems to be another ORM (like
  - databases/p5-ORM
  - databases/p5-DBIx-Class
  - databases/p5-Class-DBI) but is removed from CPAN
* devel/p5-Scalar-Util-Refcount - deleted upstream, replaced by
  Devel::Refcount or Devel::Peek::SvREFCNT depending on requirements
* textproc/p5-PDF-API2-Simple - broken upstream since years and not
  actively maintained

Any objections?
