Boost package build failures

Dear folks,

its pkgsrc freeze period, so i'd rather not just push out the patch for boost
without consulting here :)

devel/boost-{build,jam,python}/buildlink3.mk

have a reference to 1.49 that doesn't exist. All other packages are 1.48. I
fear this is a half-upgrade commit somehow.

Is it ok to patch? would someone want to patch those before the bulk builds
start to fail?
