Then isn't the default mk.conf installed by bootstrap broken? (/usr/pkg/etc/mk.conf)
Because I had to set FETCH_USING, FETCH_CMD, FETCH_*_ARGS. And it's hard to configure FETCH_*_ARGS, because it's not documented (e.g in default/mk.conf).
I tried pkgsrc some time ago, and I don't remember whether /usr/pkg/bin/ftp was already installed or not.
