bmake fetch and SSL sites

Hi everyone,

I'm about to update an existing package to a new version, but the 
MASTER_SITE has changed to an SSL-only site. tnftp doesn't seem to 
understand the https URL.

How does one handle this situation, as sites with HTTPS only access (eg. 
Github) seems to be more and more common?
