Uncommitted fixes in PR/43879

Hi,

I have entered a PR with fixes for devel/gettext-lib on DragonFly.

The responsible has been changed to dfly-pkg-people@ but it seems
nobody is currently active behind this address.

Could someone have a look at PR/43879 and commit the patches ?
