pkgsrc bootstrap - unit test wrongly wrong

Hello,

I have just tried to setup pkgsrc on a new linux box (Frugalware 1.3
amd64) and from the usual:

    ./bootstrap --prefix=/home/honza/local/pkg 
--pkgdbdir=/home/honza/local/var/db/pkg --abi=64 --unprivileged

I got (show only the end here):

    /home/honza/local/pkgsrc/bootstrap/work/bmake/Linux/bmake -f Makefile >

So it seems everything is OK, but the expected output of the unit test has 
swapped lines.

How to fix this so that I can go on with pkgsrc?
