AIX ld vs. graphics/netpbm

Hi,

Trying to build netpbm on AIX (dependency for groff). It looks as if 
something's not right when it comes to telling the linker what flags to 
use...

... now there's some stuff in the buildtools/configure.pl that's 
supposed to handle AIX and use the -qmkshrobj flag to xlc; but I'm not 
seeing that in the output here. Not sure what's going on...
