Thanks for the instruction! I have a question on the last part: is that really wanted? We don't automatically look in /usr/pkg/lib AFAIK, so why should we do different here? Instead, we go through quite some pain to fix packages to get the neccessary -L/-Wl,-R switches to find their libs in $LOCALBASE so this shouldn't be needed. At least this was last time I checked... :^)

Of course it's not wanted :p It is simply a workaround for PR# toolchain/40170.
