It also works without ncursesw, but the UI uses only ASCII chars then
which looks kinda strange and the whole UI gets broken as soon as you
receive or send a message with umlauts.
With ncursesw, this works.
Anyway, it seems that ^O in the buddy list isn't working like described
in the man page. The man page says this:

       Ctrl + o
              Bring up the menu (if there is one) for a window. Note
              that currently only the buddylist has a menu.

Which doesn't work for me. Does it work for anybody else? If not, I
guess there's one more patch needed :).
