Packages set EMUL_PLATFORMS, not EMUL_PLATFORM. Unbreaks build on
NetBSD.

The NetBSD binary is unusable and won't work at all.

I would do it, but I don't have the time and also would need to find
out how the emul platform code works.

Just remove netbsd-i386 from EMUL_PLATFORMS, which is the list of supported binary emulations. Then NetBSD/i386 will use the linux-i386 emulation.
