Hello- I am attempting to run a bulk build on AMD64 and I am running into some weird behavior building devel/ArX2. This is my first attempt to run a bulk build, so any and all help is appreciated. Compilation of a file in this package has been crunching for an inordiinate amount of time (~24 hours), and I do not believe that it will ever unwedge itself. The following message was the last displayed: 2006/12/11 14:11:28 5152/6214=82.9% devel/ArX2 @ x86_64> c++ -pthread -DORBIT2=1 -pthread -O2 -I/usr/pkg/include -I/usr/include -I/usr/pkg/include -I/usr/include -DARX_GNOMEVFS_MUST_ESCAPE_HTTP -Isrc -I/usr/pkg/include/gnome-vfs-2.0 -I/usr/pkg/lib/gnome-vfs-2.0/include -I/usr/pkg/include/gconf/2 -I/usr/pkg/include/orbit-2.0 -I/usr/pkg/include/glib/glib-2.0 -I/usr/pkg/lib/glib-2.0/include -Isrc/loki -Isrc/boost -Isrc/arx/include -c -o build/arx/libarx/set_option_ top(1) shows: 8767 root 60 0 18M 193M CPU/1 24.3H 99.02% 99.02% cc1plus What is the recommended way to exclude this package and packages that might depend on it from the bulk build? What is the best way to document that this package is broken in the post-build report if the build does not fail with an error message? -- .oliver
