pango (current and 2006Q3) not installing all files on NetBSD/sparc64 4.99.4

Hi all,

I've been having some problems building packages that require pango (it
seems the cairo support isn't correctly built so I've been getting "symbol
not found" etc). The system is running NetBSD/sparc64 with a 4.99.4
userland and kernel from November 19.

Rebuilding pango, I see that it doesn't seem to be installing all the files
listed in the PLIST:
pkg_admin: pango-1.14.3: File `/usr/local/include/pango-1.0/pango/pangocairo.h'
is in +CONTENTS but not on filesystem!
pkg_admin: pango-1.14.3: File `/usr/local/lib/libpangocairo-1.0.la' is in
+CONTENTS but not on filesystem!
pkg_admin: pango-1.14.3: File `/usr/local/lib/pkgconfig/pangocairo.pc' is in
+CONTENTS but not on filesystem!
(my PKGHOME is /usr/local).

Two of the files exist in the following locations off the working dir:
pango/pangocairo.h
pangocairo.pc

libpangocairo-1.0.la doesn't exist in the working dir at all.

The installation completes, but the files listed above don't get installed.
This happens with pango both in current (1.14.8) and in 2006Q3 (1.14.3),
which seems to suggest it's user error, but I can't for the life of me see
what?

I've uploaded the pango .work.log to
