USE_LANGUAGES+=fortran

Hi,

the package I am working on says during "configure":

  checking dynamic linker characteristics... ===>
  ===> Please add USE_LANGUAGES+=fortran to the package Makefile.
  ===>
  GNU/Linux ld.so

As far as I can see, the package does _not_ use Fortran in any way.
What can I do to suppress this message?
