fuse-emulator: updated to 1.9.2

1.9.2

* Emulation core improvements:
  * Improve ZX Spectrum ULA beeper emulation with separate MIC and
    speaker paths and improved speaker-response modelling (Fredrick
    Meunier) (thanks, kolbeck and experiment participants).
  * Default to automatically selecting the appropriate speaker
    response for each emulated machine and support universal manual
    overrides (Fredrick Meunier).
  * Preserve snapshot peripheral ROMs across soft resets.
  * Correct Multiface ROM handling after a machine reset (Sergio
    Baldoví).
  * Handle short ROM tape blocks correctly with tape traps, fixing
    Gauntlet II and splATTR.
  * Emulate the ROM flag comparison during tape traps, preserving the
    accumulator and flags as on real hardware.

* UI improvements:
  * GTK3, SDL2 and Win32: coalesce dirty display areas per frame to
    reduce redundant scaling and presentation work (Fredrick Meunier).

* Debugger improvements:
  * Allocate Pokefinder working memory only when it is needed
    (Fredrick Meunier).

* Miscellaneous improvements:
  * Avoid rereading startup media files.
  * Reduce display dirty-tracking memory usage and improve its address
    decoding (Fredrick Meunier).
  * Improve Windows distribution dependency handling (Sergio Baldoví).
  * Correct sound-backend error messages (Fredrick Meunier).

* Testing improvements:
  * Expand display, scaler, snapshot, Pokefinder and Z80 disassembler
    test coverage, including MinGW builds (Fredrick Meunier).

* Various other minor bugfixes.
