Agreed.  We have a general notion in pkgsrc that a package must not
phone home in any way, or if so it's a bug and should be patched out --
while not insisting that we disable packages with this problem.

(As for DoH, I can see it being good for some people in some
circumstances, but it is not reasonable to silently turn it on for
people who had no idea it existed.)
