Log Message:
py-sysctl: Fixes broken tests.
- Fixes the broken test for creating and destroying integer nodes via py-sysctl.
- Bumps PKGREVISION due to the fix.
This addresses the issue mentioned by maya@ in PR pkg/54530
Thanks to christos@ for helping with the fix.
