I belive each developer's commits are useful.
Do not revert them.

Adding tool to infrastructure is so heavy to our project?
For example, I have added SCO OpenServer 5 and GNU/kFreeBSD support
without any discussion.
Should I revert them too?

Adding tool to our infrastructure is trivial, I feel.
Removing should be discussed.

And if we have any written rule for adding tool to our infrastructure,
I will follow it.
