Ignore it, not for you if you think so.

You are changing a piece of the infrastructure. I've asked you for what
purpose. "Ignore it" is not a valid reply for such a question.

He?
Why do you think it change "the infrastructure"?
"unlink" is not used in pkgsrc infrastructure.
If your OPSYS has buitin unlink command, not relevant to you,
just ignore the change.
If you are not going to use "unlink" command, not relevant to you,
just ignore the change.
If package using "unlink" command, it is required, because OPSYSes have
it in various locations or maybe missing.
It is the tools framework in pkgsrc.
Additionally, it doesn't mean that whole packages are in NetBSD pkgsrc repository.

I know you may think that
unlink command must be in OS base system
such packages must use "rm" instead of "unlink"
bah, bah, bah.
Please please ignore it, not affect to you.
