Updated camlp5 to 6.07, for compatibility with current ocaml version. Changes
include:

* [12 Sep 12] Added compatibility with OCaml 4.00.1.
* [06 Jun 12] Fixed bug: open record patterns {a=b;c=d;_} did not work.
