Gio:
* Application:
  - Pass 0 (NULL) rather than "" to GApplication.

Glib:
* Miscutils: get_system_data_dirs(), get_system_config_dirs():
  Return early when the C function returns NULL.
* Thread::RecMutex: Don't initialize this as a GStaticMutex.
  (Deprecated anyway)
* Documentation:
  - Don't hide add_exception_handler() documentation.
  - Really hide the GCheckSum type from the documentation.
