>Description:
Upon installation via binary package or a pkgsrc build of the 'devel/forgejo-runner', it doesn't create the group and user it expected to use.
It is reported during the installation as the package files ownership checks fail.
That prevents to use the package without additional manual steps by user to create the expected user and group.

Fix attached (tested on the same machine).

Install 'devel/forgejo-runner' as a binary package via pkgin or from sources via pkgsrc.
