 Thank you for applying this, and I am sorry for the late reply.
 
 I built lang/ruby34 3.4.12 with ruby-rjit on NetBSD 11.0/amd64, and
 miniruby links now. In the work directory, after paxctl +m on the
 binary, `--rjit` runs and RubyVM::RJIT.enabled? returns true.
 
 This PR can be closed.
