 I'll test it as soon as I get back to a computer. I was going to update 
 the PR with info about tested platforms: I'm running this on i386 and 
 evbppc (nintendo wii).
 
 I consider name mangling entertainment at this point. It's only 2026, 
 why would we expect international characters to work? 7 bits should be 
 enough for nearly everybody - and for everyone else there are code pages! :D
