The NetPBulk Reportation
>Environment:
>Description:
Last week, https://cdn.netbsd.org/pub/pkgsrc/packages/NetBSD/amd64/10.0 wasn't updated to point to 10.0_2024Q1 because there were some problems with 10.0_2024Q1.

The problems have since been provisionally resolved, but diagnosing them required guessing that the bulk report corresponding to them was at https://mail-index.netbsd.org/pkgsrc-bulk/2024/04/03/msg025111.html and digging into the logs there.
>How-To-Repeat:
try to track down a problem with a binary package set
>Fix:
We should have a mechanism for the uploaded packages to link back to the bulk report somehow -- not necessarily by linking to the mailing list archive, but either by linking to the bulk report directly (like http://shadow.netbsd.org/pub/pkgsrc/packages/reports/2024Q1/NetBSD-10.0-x86_64/20240402.1202/meta/report.html or http://shadow.netbsd.org/pub/pkgsrc/packages/reports/2024Q1/NetBSD-10.0-x86_64/20240402.1202/meta/report.bz2) or by including the report (and, I guess, the failed build logs) in the upload.
